KOBELCO CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY DOT COM - MEMBERSHIP TERMS
	§1 Membership Rules
		This membership rules is applicable to the whole KOBELCO KENKI DOT COM provided by KOBELCO CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY CO., LTD (herein after referred to KOBELCO).
	§2 Alteration of This Membership Rules
		Kobelco may alter the terms without getting members acceptance. All members will be informed previously for the alteration and membership terms will be effective upon indicated on the Site of dot com.
	§3 Members Qualification
		Qualification of membership will be made through the procedure specified by KOBELCO and your agreement on this rules.
	§4 Resignation
		members can be resigned by application.
	§5 Revocation
		Membership will be revoked without advance notice to members, when fall under any of items below.
			(1) False statement in application form. (2) Violation of Kobelco’s other rules, law and / or official notices. (3) Falling under terms §12. (4) Violation of this rules. (5) When Kobelco judge inadequate as a member.
	§6 Use Fee
		No charge is required for member registration. Also no charge for usage of any services unless specified a charge.
	§7 User ID and Password
		(1) Members are responsible for maintenance and use of User ID and Password. (2) Members should not transfer nor lend the User ID and Password. (3) Kobelco is not liable for any losses and damages by member’s fault, poor maintenance and 　　wrong use by the third party.
	§8 Facility
		Members are required to arrange necessary communication device / equipments and software, as well as associated hardware to access the internet for a use of services by your own expense and responsibility.
	§9 Change of Service Contents
		Kobelco may change, add and discontinue service contents without previous notice to members regardless of any reasons.
	§10 Discontinue of Services
		Kobelco may discontinue all or a part of services without previous notice to members regardless of any reasons, when following arise.
			(1) Routine or an emergency maintenance for service facilities. (2) Fire, power outage and / or a natural calamity. (3) Any other reasons for operation.
	§11 Guarantee of Service Contents
		Kobelco will not guarantee the correctness of the information.
	§12 Prohibition Terms
		Members are prohibited followings at the use of service.
			(1) Any deed affecting other members and / or the third party right. (2) Any deed affecting other members and / or the third party property and privacy. (3) affecting other members, the third party and Kobelco’s disadvantage or losses. (4) Violation of laws or criminal act. (5) Sending and receiving information using others name. (6) Injustice use of others ID and password. (7) Alteration of dot com information. (8) Writing any injurious program in dot com, such as computer virus. (9) Disturbance of service operation. (10) Hurting confidence and credit etc. of services. (11) Any other inadequate deed.
	§13 Limitation of Liability
		(1) Kobelco is not liable for any damages of members, or the third party caused by delay, 　　interruption and discontinue of service. (2) Dispute as well as losses between members and / or third party must be solved with their own 　　cost by themselves. Kobelco shall be free from the said dispute and losses. (3) Kobelco is not liable for any damages and losses by communication trouble and injustice access 　　by third party etc.
	§14 Compensation
		(1) Any loss or damage affected by violation of the terms of use by members, Members are liable 　　for compensation of these loss and damage. (2) Members are also liable to compensate costs and loss to Kobelco who is required to 　　compensate by the third party.
	§15 Exclusive Jurisdiction Court
		Any law suit shall be governed by the statutes and laws of Tokyo district court as a exclusive jurisdiction court.
	§16 Applicable Law
		This rules is applicable Japanese law.
